Glen Tong is een in Zuid-Afrika geboren kunstenaar van Chinese afkomst, werkzaam met mixed media. Zijn oeuvre varieert van abstract tot figuratief en maakt gebruik van materialen als goud- en koperblad, glasverf, olie, acryl, emailverf en cement. Voorafgaand aan zijn loopbaan als fulltime kunstenaar had hij een succesvol modebedrijf samen met ontwerpster Catherine Moore. Hij woont in Hout Bay, bij Kaapstad, en zijn werk heeft kopers gevonden in onder meer het VK, de VS, Europa, het Midden-Oosten en India.

Glen Tong is a South African-born artist of Chinese descent working with mixed media. His oeuvre ranges from abstract to figurative and utilizes materials such as gold and copper leaf, glass paint, oil, acrylic, enamel paint, and cement. Prior to his career as a full-time artist, he ran a successful fashion company with designer Catherine Moore. He lives in Hout Bay, near Cape Town, and his work has found buyers in the UK, the US, Europe, the Middle East, and India, among others.
