Arellano behoorde in de jaren negentig tot het jong aanstormend talent van Galerie Sara Garcia Uriburu te Buenos Aires.
In een figuratieve werkwijze verbeeldt de kunstenaar zijn persoonlijke reacties op het gebroken gezinsleven waarin hij is opgegroeid.
Arellano was one of the young up-and-coming talents of Galerie Sara Garcia Uriburu in Buenos Aires in the nineties.
