ONDERWIJSACTIVITEITEN
Hij was leraar tekenen, schilderen, expressie-elementen en plastische analyse aan de School van beeldende kunst “Eloy Palacios” Maturín, Venezuela.

Luis heeft vanaf 1982 tot op heden vele collectieve exposities gehad. Vanaf 1991 heeft hij vele prijzen in ontvangst mogen nemen. Zijn werk is aangekocht door diverse musea, banken en verzamelaars zowel in Venezuela als de USA.
